Health & Safety is a top priority at Countrywide Freight Group - keeping our staff safe as well as our visiting drivers, and of course our customers' freight!
Huge congratulations to our Manchester depot, who came top in our recent Health & Safety audits.
Depot Manager Simon Rothwell and his team, pictured here, are rightly very proud of their achievement!
Our Health & Safety Manager, Kevin Jones, said "Manchester depot achieved the best audit score in 2024 from our group of 9 depots, showing full commitment to Health & Safety compliance within the depot. Congratulations to Simon Rothwell and the team once again for their dedication to occupational safety and continuous improvement".
Congratulations too to all other Countrywide Freight Group depots, who have all delivered continuous improvement in Health & Safety this year.
"Due to the high compliance rate of all Countrywide Freight depots as reflected in the overall Health & Safety Audit Scores we have issued certificates in recognition for their continuous improvement within each depot.
